Resume and cover letter are required. For research positions, please also submit a publication list or portfolio. For experienced candidates, please include a career description.
The first interview is a technical competency interview with the working team, which may include a technical presentation for research positions. The second interview is with executives to assess organizational fit and vision. Online interviews may be conducted depending on the situation.
We provide a 1-2 week onboarding program including company introduction, department orientation, and job training. We also support quick adaptation through a mentoring system.
Yes, we recruit new graduates and interns through biannual regular recruitment and occasional openings. Internships run for 3-6 months, and outstanding interns are converted to full-time positions.
